2) User Responsibilities:

4) Customization Services:
• As a provider of custom-made products, all orders are created based on the specifications provided by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of design details, including text, colors, and images submitted for customization.
• Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible if production has begun. However, we do accept add-ons to modifications, but customers will be required to pay additional fees.
• We strive to ensure accurate pricing for our customization services. However, if an error occurs in pricing, we reserve the right to correct it before finalizing the order. Customers will be informed of any changes before proceeding with payment.
• We reserve the right to disapprove any order or submission before production begins if we determine that we are unable to fulfill the request.
• Any designs submitted by customers that contain copyrighted material will not be accepted unless the customer provides proof of a valid license for use.
• Customers who do not have a product for customization may choose from our available products. However, if customers already have their own product and only require customization, we can accommodate that as well.
• If customers are unsure whether their product is suitable for customization, they may send a sample for examination before proceeding to the next step.
• If we find that the product provided by the customer is not suitable for our customization process, we reserve the right to reject the order. In such cases, the customer will be informed accordingly.

5) Ordering and Payment:
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and a notification will be sent to the customer in such cases.
• Customers are required to make a 50% deposit for the sample, and the final price will be announced once they approve the sample. The deposit is non-refundable as all products are custom-made.
• A payment link will be sent to the customer via email or other communication platforms used by us for order processing.

6) Shipping and Delivery:
• We aim to deliver products within the estimated time frame provided. However, delivery times may vary due to external factors such as shipping carrier delays or customs processing.
• Shipping costs will be calculated and provided to the customer before completing the final payment via the payment link.

7) Returns and Exchanges:
• We accept exchanges according to our return policy. Please refer to our Return Policy for more detailed information.

8) Limitation of Liability:
• DENGCAP is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products.
• We are not responsible for customer-provided errors such as misspellings, incorrect colors, or low-resolution images used in custom designs.

• We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site constitutes agreement to the new terms.
