At DENGCAP, we take pride in providing high-quality customization services tailored to your unique preferences. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds. However, if we have made an error in your order, we will take full responsibility and offer a replacement.

When an Exchange is Possible
We will only provide an exchange under the following conditions:

• The product received is significantly different from the confirmed design or order details.

• There is a clear manufacturing defect or mistake made by our team.

• The item is a DENGCAP-provided product (e.g., cap, T-shirt). Customer-provided products are not eligible for exchange, but we will work with the customer to find a reasonable solution if an issue occurs due to our customization process.

How to Report an Issue
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

• Please fill out the provided Return Form.

• Contact our customer support team at admin@dengcap.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Provide your order number and clear photos showcasing the issue.

• Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.

Non-Exchangeable Items
Since all our products are custom-made, we do not accept exchanges for the following:

• Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer (e.g., incorrect design, color, or text submitted during the order process).

• Change of mind after production has started.

• Slight variations in color, size, or placement that are within industry standards for customization.

• Customer-provided products that do not meet our customization requirements. If customers are unsure whether their product is valid for customization, they may provide a sample for evaluation before proceeding.

Exchange Processing
If your exchange request is approved, we will begin production on the replacement item as soon as possible.
